Jenn has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 1996 specializing in Custom Designed Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork sessions. Jenn has been a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals since 2001. She excels in identifying each client's unique needs and respects your desire for peace and quiet during your sessions.
Jenn's office is located in Broad Ripple at Mother Nature's Sun, 6516 N. Ferguson Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
Services Provide:
- Custom Designed Therapeutic Massage begins with a consultation to determine your unique needs and goals. Jenn will then design the session using one or more types of massage or bodywork to meet your goals. You will leave with a renewed sense of balance and a decreased level of muscle tension and stress.
Jenn provides 30, 60 & 90 minute sessions and charges $30, $60 & $90.
- Prenatal Massage helps moms-to-be feel more relaxed and reduces physical tension and pain. Specialized body pillows support help you achieve your highest comfort level. Prenatal massages are 60 minutes.
- Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that helps release physical and emotional blockages to your health and happiness. Reiki involves a scan of your chakras or energy centers. After a relaxing and healing session to clear your blocked chakras, Jenn will rescan your chakras to ensure your newfound health and peace of mind. Jenn is a level 3 Reiki Master/Teacher. Reiki sessions are 30 or 45 minutes and can be combined with other therapies.
- Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle method of detection and correction within the body's facia that encourages your own natural healing abilities to dissipate the negative effects of stress on your central nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy helps to alleviate migraines and headaches, chronic neck and back pain, emotional difficulties, TMJ disorders and many other ailments. Craniosacral Therapy sessions are generally 30 to 60 minutes and can be combined with other therapies.
