No more trying to make changes you want, only to revert back to your old maladaptive patterns.
No more anxiety 24/7.
No more wondering, “What’s wrong with me and why is everyone else just dandy and I’m having a constant internal dumpster fire?!”
No more feeling broken or alone.

Doing a little bit of simple inner work, often, is all you need!
Save your time, self-worth, money, energy, self-esteem, and integrity.
And because I believe in full transparency, this process isn’t clean, easy, or comfortable.
It’s messy AF, uncomfortable, and lots of rinsing and repeating, especially when you think it’s not working because it isn’t happening in a nanno second.
I don’t believe you were born for a boring, humdrum, vanilla (love the spice but you get what I mean), just-skate-by-without-any-minor-scars-to-show-for-it kind of life!
I believe you were born to shine your weird awesomeness in any and every way you want to, and you can’t do that when you’re staying small, wasting time and energy looking for the next thing to “fix” you.
You are not f*cking broken!
None of us are!
The key to getting from where you are to where you want to go is building your internal sense of safety and self-trust!
When we don’t trust ourselves we don’t listen to our wants, needs, spidey senses and instead do all sorts of things to “get along.” And safety is what we’re ultimately searching, striving, and desperate for.
Our primitive brains are running the show and that’s like letting a puppy or toddler make all the decisions and run your life.
That will get you loads of chaos, chasing your tail (pun intended), and completely exhausted!
Instead, how about calmer solutions that really move the needle?
Learning how to take care of and show up for yourself 24/7 and not just when the sh*t is hitting the fan.
Self-trust, boundaries, confidence, motivation, speaking up for yourself and others, all become easier because you’re taking 1-3 minutes, a few times a day, to genuinely take care of your nervous system.
You don’t have to join an ashram, do hours of meditation, work with me for years, buy 9 supplements, have surgery, or leave your life as you know it.
Small and tiny kitten steps are all you need. They’re effective and doable for your nervous system.
I’m here to give you some deets about your normal, healthy brain, ask some non-judgemental questions, suggest some tweaks and maybe a book or podcast, cheer you on like a dog whose human just came home, and give you a space to be heard and seen.
I’m a life coach without a niche so that means we can talk about work, your kids, parents, partner, food, not feeling like yourself anymore, your body, alcohol, friendships or lack there of, anxiety, you get the picture. Nothing is off limits
Unfortunately I can’t take insurance but I think my rate ($105/60 minute Zoom call) is pretty affordable for all the sh*t you get during and after our chats.
