Thoughts are just sentences in your brain. And emotions are just sensations in your body. Everything starts with your thought - feeling - action loop. You can either be bossed around by the loop or you can be the boss of it. As your coach, I’ll help you be the boss of it - in a kind and compassionate way.

As your life coach, I’m here to remind you of your awesomeness, cheer you on with the excitement of a Labrador Retriever, and help you turn the volume down on your brain’s bullshit thoughts.
