It can take only one session

Sometimes I work with coaching clients for years, helping them untangle and understand how they got where they are and support them in getting where they’d rather be.

Sometimes I work with a client for a challenging season with their aging parents or kids. 

Maybe you want to explore finding a different job or career.

Maybe you feel like a shell of who you were before kids came along (nothing against the kids) and have no idea what you like or want anymore.

Maybe you’re not feeling connected to your friend group which feels awkward and you're not sure how to meet new friends as an adult.

Maybe you don’t like how often you’re drinking, eating ice cream, or shopping, and then beating yourself up for doing it again. (Spoiler, those actions are forms of self-soothing and when you compassionately unpack the ‘why,’ they often subside. It’s never about the substance or action.)

Maybe there’s this one sticky situation that you can’t quite wrap your head around or see possible solutions and want a fresh set of eyes and ears from someone who’s unbiased and non-judgmental.

Maybe one session will unlock the door you’ve been banging your head against like it did for a new client this week.

Working with me is never a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether we’re coaching together or you’re coming in for massage or bodywork.

You don’t have to have any answers, just a willingness to put in some effort to think and do things a little differently.

We’ll figure out next steps together because I’m a curious person and I have great questions.

Because your brain is just like mine, and is neuroplastic (changable), there’s not one true reason you can’t get where you want to go.

Only you and the excuses your brain has created are standing in the way.

You are an autonomous grown ass adult and I believe in you damn it!

Get out of your own way.
